About the Farm
Welcome!
We are a strong farm family with an even stronger commitment to our land and everything it produces. It is our commitment to the land and all it offers that inspires us to grow the glorious bounty we share with our customers.
Consider this handbook a "user manual" to familiarize yourself with the inner workings of our CSA. We are excited to offer some new features this season (like the ability to reschedule your bag while you vacation). So even if you are a long-time member, firstly– thank you! Secondly, take a peek at this handbook to check out what’s new. If you have any questions after reading, don’t hesitate to reach out any time!

Weekly Pickup
We’ll text/email you a reminder every week before pickup day!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET TO PICKUP?
If you have forgotten to pick up your box, Stillman’s Farm will donate your box to a charitable organization. Since the box/bag was picked and packed for you, we cannot offer an additional “make-up” box/bag at a later date.

WHAT IF I GO ON VACATION/CAN’T MAKE PICKUP?
Anyone can pick up your box for you. Just make sure your dog walker, cat sitter, mother-in-law, etc. has the correct first and last name to check off and we’ll gladly give them your goodies. Be suspicious if there isn’t any fruit. 😉
We provide the option to place a “Hold” (aka “Pause") or “Skip” a pick up for any week(s) you choose to pick up at a later time (up to 3 times per season).
HOLD: If you know you are going to be out of town, or otherwise unable to pick up your CSA, you can pre-prearrange to “hold” the bag(s). Email, text, or chat (see below) and let us know the date(s) you will not pick up AND tell us when and where you want to pick up instead. You can also login to your account and “Pause” your subscription. At some point, you must email, text, or chat to let us know when you will receive the bag(s) you paused.* You can choose to “double up” by getting two bags at a future pick up, or spread it out by picking up twice in one week at different locations.
SKIP: When you receive your weekly reminder, you can reply to the reminder and opt to “skip” that week’s pick up. Just let us know when and where you want to pick up instead via email, text, or chat (see below)

*All holds and skips must fulfilled during that CSA season’s time frame. If you don’t inform us of the alternate dates you want to pick up, you forfeit those bags. There are no refunds for missed pick ups or if you fail to reschedule a hold or skip. Any holds or skips that are not rescheduled cannot be carried over to another season.

Can’t get enough tomatoes during our short growing season in New England? This share includes 8 weeks of our own fresh heirloom, field, Roma and cherry tomatoes for every tomato lover’s appetite. Including, but not limited to Jetstar, Brandywine, German Stripe, Cherokee Purple, Valencia, San Marzano, Sun Gold, Sun Cherry.
Fabulous Fruit
July - September
Exclusively fruit! Enjoy a 10-week selection of our own fresh berries, peaches, nectarines, apples, pears, and melon every week sure to satisfy every fruit lover’s appetite. Starts mid-July.
A La Carte
Year Round
Completely customizable CSA. You select your own fruits and vegetables when and where you want.
Winter CSA
October 25, 2025 - February 18, 2026
Keep it in the family year-round! Join Still Life Farm’s CSA for a monthly share of produce throughout the winter months.
Weekly Ordering
- Order Window + Cutoff: We’ll text / email you every week for opportunities to add on extras up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup
- Pickup Reminder: We’ll send you a text and email reminder every week when your order is ready for pickup.
- Weekly Email: We’ll send you a newsletter and message from the farm, with news, recipes, and updates, every Friday.
